DracANU
Astronomical Simulation Software
A unified astronomical simulation platform covering dozens of modeled telescopes with full Gaia and NASA Exoplanet Archive coverage. DracANU serves five customer tiers — from introductory astronomy courses through professional research proposals. It produces pipeline-compatible FITS output using STScI-validated simulation physics. Browser-based, zero-installation, and cloud-native, DracANU provides a single platform from Astronomy 101 to Roman Cycle 1 proposals.
Spine-Sim
Physics Simulation Backend
A high-fidelity physics simulation engine for the sTARS Spine. Spine-Sim provides structural analysis, thermal modeling, orbital mechanics, and subsystem interaction simulation through a REST and WebSocket API. It hardens the Spine design and trains MaxQai before any hardware flies, supports hardware-in-the-loop testing, and ships as a Docker container for reproducible deployment.
MaxQai
AI Autonomous Control & Safety Authority
A three-layer autonomous control system designed for safety-critical space infrastructure. Layer 0 runs a deterministic Rust control loop. Layer 1 provides adaptive decision-making for mission planning and resource optimization. Layer 2 uses large language models for crew interaction, anomaly interpretation, and natural-language reporting — with domain-specific control agents across every operational subsystem. The eye is the iPad application crew and operators interact with MaxQai through: tap the eye to start the mic, the iris pulses and glows with the conversation, and voice in and out flows through Max, the eye’s voice modality.
Space Lease
Lease a Slot on the Spine — Everything Else Comes Bundled
Space Lease is the tenant program for the sTARS platform. Lease a slot on the Spine — the modular space-station-scale structural framework — and the radiation protection, attitude control, power, thermal, and autonomy all come bundled. The patent-pending artificial magnetosphere creates a protected volume where standard commercial hardware operates without radiation hardening. Tenants plug in. They do not carry protection themselves.
