  By joining Bueche Labs and submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: 

1. Membership & Access Your subscription grants you access to digital perks as outlined in your selected tier, including community access, imaging content, and telescope time where applicable. Access may evolve as the platform matures, and all features are subject to availability, launch schedules, and system performance. 

2. Beta-Phase Participation Bueche Labs is an early-stage, space technology venture. Many systems, including Nebula OS and orbital telescope scheduling, are in active development. By participating, you understand this is a pioneering effort with evolving timelines, and that features may be introduced, changed, or deprecated as part of continuous improvement.

3. Non-Refundable Contributions All subscription fees and contributions are final and non-refundable. Funds are directly used to support the engineering, launch, and operation of our satellite infrastructure and community tooling. We deeply value your support and will always aim to maximize value and transparency for our members.

4. Community Guidelines & Conduct All members are expected to follow our community rules on Discord and other platforms. Abuse, harassment, or misconduct may result in loss of access to perks or channels.  By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you’ve reviewed and agree to these terms.
